Lena Wendt and Ulrich Stirnat are launching a major cinema tour for their film "Reiss aus - Zwei Menschen. Two years. A dream" and are using the stage to collect donations for TARGET and draw attention to our projects. On the cinema tour, the two will present the film in person.
About the movie:
Ulli and Lena want to take six months off and travel from Hamburg to South Africa. They never get there. Instead, they drive through West Africa for almost two years in their old Land Rover Terés and the almost 40-year-old roof tent they received as a gift from Ulli's godmother. It's about a lot of things: finding themselves again, feeling themselves again. And not turning back until something has fundamentally changed in their own attitude to life. On 46,000 kilometers, more than once around the world, the two experience adventures every day. Some of which are difficult to digest.
A film that reveals both the wonderful and the dark sides of travel. It takes you with it, stirs you up, makes you happy, shocks and amazes you. It encourages you to pursue your own dream. A film that infects you with a fascination and love for Africa.
