Islamic scholars from the crisis-ridden country of Somalia were represented at TARGET's conference in Addis Ababa (2006). They were delegates from Somaliland. They accepted "The Golden Book" and pledged their cooperation. TARGET started the "Golden Book" awareness campaign in Somaliland back in 2010.
