"Their paths crossed when they both started working independently for indigenous peoples in the Amazon rainforest. They quickly became a couple and now tackle major projects together: in the fight against female genital mutilation, for the construction of vital drinking water wells in the Amazon region or in the construction of jungle clinics and infirmaries.
